Pack-a-dillo Hat | Sendero Provisions Co.
The literal translation of ‘armadillo’ has been lost over the years, but historians and experts believe it comes from ancient Spanish and roughly translates to “funky looking little backpacker dude.” There is disagreement on if armadillos used to be avid backpackers or if their armor just looks like a backpack. Either way, we put an adventure pack on this Pack-A-Dillo. If you made it this far, absolutely none of this is true. But this hat is true. You can count on that.

This is high Crown hat. Be advised before purchase. Very comfortable but has a big fit due to the high Crown. I used to quail hunt South Texas every year as a child with my grandfather. Multiple trips and great memories. This reminds me of those hunts with him.
As a native Texan who recently moved to Utah after 20+ years, I had to roll into town with the right flair on the back of my wheels. West Texas is a very special place and Big Bend is incredibly important to me. Ballad of the Bird Dog captured this well in their BBNP sticker design. I was happy to support a small TX business while also showing everybody in Utah what I'm made of. Thank y'all! #TexasForever
I ordered the shirt for my son after visiting Big Bend. The t-shirt is great quality and really soft. I couldn’t find it on Sendero website so I was happy to find it on Ballad’s website. I love that my order is supporting a Texas small business. Fast delivery and great customer service. I will definitely order more products in the future!
