Slowing down and connecting with ourselves and surroundings can allow us to move through this life with clarity, peace, and appreciation. This journal is just one tool to help you find some breathing room within your day.

It includes seventy-five pages with simple daily prompts for re-centering, with lines on the back of each page for for additional musings and reflections. Designed, printed and bound by hand in-house.

I designed this as a response to what kind of journaling experience I wanted for my own day, and I hope it helps you too!
