Grown by 17 producers from the COSAMAJ cooperative, Lote Magnolia showcases the emerging quality of Guatemala’s Jilotepeque region. At 1,650 meters, this washed-process lot is fermented dry and patio-dried for a clean, elegant profile.
COSAMAJ was formed in 2019 by 55 smallholder farmers to improve local processing infrastructure and bring long-overdue recognition to their coffees. Expect a sweet, floral cup with comforting notes of cinnamon, red fruit, and crisp apple acidity.
