IN-STORE PICKUP
Buy online and pick up at our shop in Brenham, Texas.
Where: Ballad of the Bird Dog, 100 East Alamo Street, Brenham, TX 77883
Cost: Free. There is no fee or minimum order to pick up in store.
How fast: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time are ready the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT are ready the next business day.
Pickup hours: Sunday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM CT Friday – Saturday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM CT
How it works:
- Add your items to the cart and select Pickup instead of shipping at checkout.
- Complete and pay for your order on our website.
- We'll email you a "Ready for Pickup" confirmation the moment your order is waiting at the counter. Please wait for that email before heading over.
- Bring the pickup confirmation email — printed or on your phone — along with a photo ID.
Availability: Pickup is offered on items we have in stock at the Brenham store. If something in your cart isn't available in store, the Pickup option won't be offered for that item at checkout.
Having someone else pick it up? Reply to your order confirmation email with their full name and we'll add them to the order. They'll need a photo ID.
How long we hold orders: We hold pickup orders at the shop for 14 days. If you need longer, email info@balladofthebirddog.com or call 979-347-0093 and we'll extend the hold or refund the order.
