Grown on the slopes of El Salvador’s Apaneca Ilamatepeq mountains, San Antonio is part of Carlos Pola’s sustainably managed farm network. With a focus on regenerative agriculture, Carlos uses permaculture practices and nitrogen-fixing shade trees to support a healthy, self-sufficient ecosystem.

This coffee—Pacamara varietal grown at 1,400m—is naturally processed with anaerobic fermentation and delivers a syrupy, fruit-forward cup. Expect bold notes of ripe cherry and pomegranate, rounded by rich brown sugar sweetness.
