It includes seventy-five pages with simple daily prompts for dream recollection, with lines on the back of each page for for additional descriptions and reflections. Designed, printed and bound by hand in-house.

I designed this as a response to what kind of journaling experience I wanted for my own dream recall, and I hope it helps others too!
